Barn Conversion

January 2018

We have fully completed a renovation and conversion on this old barn. We removed and replaced the complete roof structure, stripped the old render off and replaced with lime render, and renovated the interior, adding a kitchen, bathroom, living space, and an external staircase for access.

Side Extension - Dersingham

Septmeber 2016

This is a project we have been involved with since the planning stages.

We are constructing a lean to extension on the side of this house in dersingham. We will then be knocking a doorway through to the existing living room.

Conversion of unused office space into a 2 Bedroom Flat - Kings Lynn

October 2016 - Nov 2017

This project was a big one. Convert 2 floors of unused space and offices, above Smiths The Bakers, Kings Lynn, into a beautiful and spacious 2 bed flat complete with rear garden.

This property was stripped right back to bare walls, and then re plastered, new electrics, new fixtures and fittings, and has now been sold.

The Current owners are now occupying this property, and are enjoying living there.

Ye Olde Bakery - Full Renovation

January 2017

This is the conversion of the old bakery, at the rear of Smiths The Bakers, of London Rd, Kings Lynn.

We will be removing the roof over the rear garden, that links the properties from the front to the rear. We will then re-instate the external rear wall to the cottage.

The cottage will the undergo a full strip down, and rebuild as necessary, including new electrics, plumbing, heating, new kitchen and bathroom.

We started and completed this large loft conversion, early to mid 2018, and look to have it all completed by late spring, early summer.
This loft conversion houses a large master bedroom suite, complete with walk in wardrobe and ensuite, it will also house an office space, bathroom, and 2 smaller bedrooms.
